A press pass (alternatively referred to as a press card or a journalist pass) grants some type of special privilege to journalists. Some cards have recognized legal status; others merely indicate that the bearer is a practicing journalist.

Who gets the WOFEJ Press card?

The WOFEJ International Press Card is recognized the world over and is the only press pass endorsed by national journalists’ organizations in more than 140 countries. The WOFEJ-Press-card is ONLY available to members of WOFEJ-affiliated national journalists’ organisations.
